We offer this course for learners looking to get in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Operator, Call Centre Advisor and Support Desk Agent. Students of the course can validate their experience and gain new knowledge and skills in delivering customer service by understanding different types of customers, going the extra mile, wants and expectations plus contextual factors such as organisational structure and environment, legislation and regulations. The purpose of this qualification is to allow you to demonstrate understanding of, and competency in, digital literacy skills. The objectives of this qualification is to help you to progress to other related general and/or vocational qualifications and to also develop your understanding of a wide range of topics like search engine optimisation (SEO), data protection and social media.

Mental Health Awareness Level 1 -2

In each of the areas you will gain an understanding of the specific mental health topic. You will develop an understanding of the topic in relation to symptoms, experience for the individual, support needs, how the disorder can be managed and treated, and the roles and needs of family and friends. This qualification contains the following; Understanding mental health, Understanding stress, Understanding anxiety, Understanding phobias, Understanding depression, Understanding post-natal depression, Understanding bipolar disorder, Understanding schizophrenia, Understanding dementia, Understanding eating disorders.

Safeguarding Level 1 - 2

The purpose of this qualification is to increase your knowledge and awareness of the Prevent Duty and safeguarding, including online safety. By completing the qualification, you will develop knowledge of safeguarding in an environment where they have a duty of care. This qualification is suitable for those responsible for the safeguarding of others. To partake you must be at least 18 years old. Qualification structure: • Unit 01 Understanding the Prevent Duty • Unit 02 Understanding Safeguarding • Unit 03 Understanding Online Safety.
